- IJ 08:41 PM Developer: RE: SIO devices which use clockin/clock out?
- The Indus drive uses SIO clock out. I'm not very familiar with the Indus and I don't know the details, but I guess it uses the clock for automatically detecting the turbo baud rate (hence the name syncromesh?). There should plenty of inf...
- IJ 08:33 PM Developer: RE: XC12 power usage?
- But many/most current USB power adapters provide much more than 0.5A. Most smartphone adapters are currently 2.0A.
- IJ 02:15 PM Developer: RE: Which case are you getting?
- I received my board and honestly, it looks awesome. But I was fool enough not to purchase a case when I was at the US, and now I have difficulties finding a bare case on my country. The mostly come with PSU and/or fan.
I understand bo...

- FO 08:21 PM Developer: RE: Relocate that cartridge slot - Cartridge slot extender available to order.
- Do you know how to use Eagle? The free version is good enough and its not that hard. You could load the existing sub-board as a base schematic. Then order somewhere like this: http://dirtypcbs.com/store/pcbs

- FO 09:35 PM Developer: RE: USB AB Connector
- By mistake, the pin should be removed.
- The internal USB connector has all the pins wired but most USB panel connectors have the last pin in the bottom row physically blocked off. Just wondering why there is a pin there on the internal connector?
Thanks - SA 04:42 AM Developer: RE: On Off Controller by Maxim
- Yes I think that using these two ic's we cover both cases.

- FO 08:01 AM Developer: RE: Atari 400-style key caps just back from WASD!
- I need to do something about the firmware soon, there are about 4 bytes free! Of course we have plenty of resources but it needs some work to map more ram or further restructure the support CPU and firmware. More buttons are after that...

- So we'd have this instead of the toggle switch? Then a tps63002 for the stable 5V?
Guess it would be good to have main button on/off, though I do like the toggle:) - On Off Controller by Maxim, which can be used as on off switch, using a momentary switch. This can be handle a relay and control the 5volt input to the rest pcb circuit, or to control all three "enable" inputs of LDO regulators.
