On Off Controller by Maxim, which can be used as on off switch, using a momentary switch. This can be handle a relay and control the 5volt input to the rest pcb circuit, or to control all three "enable" inputs of LDO regulators.

So we'd have this instead of the toggle switch? Then a tps63002 for the stable 5V?
Guess it would be good to have main button on/off, though I do like the toggle:)

Yes I think that using these two ic's we cover both cases.
