FO 65816?

A year or so back I built a Veronica clone using Robert Finch's 65816 core.

It never worked, but I didn't debug it at the time. I just spent a few days debugging it this work and its running well on the ÉclaireXL and the 600XL.

Anyway, is there any interest in a 65816 cpu in the ÉclaireXL? Now I have it running I guess it wouldn't be too hard, though I'm not sure how the linear ram access should work. Is there a standard memory map of any kind?

Sorry for my disappearance - real life got in the way the past many months. Wife & I are leaving for our honeymoon tomorrow (we got married back in August but family health issues prevented us from leaving). Anyhow.

I saw the post over at AtariAge. I do have a Veronika cart and I think it would be quite cool to have the 65816 available. 65816 combined with the hi-res modes could make for some super awesome software! I've promised myself as soon as we return from vacation (the 21st), I am setting the EclaireXL up again so I will be able to help with some testing if needed.
