Test and improve large SD support.
Three issues expected:
i) Fat version (exfat vs fat32)
ii) Card initialization
iii) Sector size
Hoping that much can be supported by just tackling (ii). Can ask users to format fat32.

Tested my 32GB card from the Pandora and its working. This is the maximum supported by the Chameleon menu right now.
