- Yes I think that using these two ic's we cover both cases.

- On Off Controller by Maxim, which can be used as on off switch, using a momentary switch. This can be handle a relay and control the 5volt input to the rest pcb circuit, or to control all three "enable" inputs of LDO regulators.
